Return Policy
At Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied or no longer need an item, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Requirements
- Parts must be in unaltered, re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging.
- Include the original invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained through our Customer Care Team.
Examples of Misuse That Void Returns
The following actions may render items ineligible for return:
- Mounting the wheel to a tire or a vehicle.
- Installing wheel weights on the wheel face.
- Altering the wheel or finish in any way.
- Damage caused by attempted installation or balancing.
- Damage due to improper packaging during the return process.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact our Customer Care Team by:

Provide the following information:
- Reason for the return.
- Order or invoice number.
- Details about the item(s) being returned.
Photos may be requested for RMA approval.
Packing & Shipping Guidelines
- Pack the product securely using the original packaging.
- Include the RMA number on the package or inside the shipment.
- If the item is being returned due to customer error and/or damaged during return shipping, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a company error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, either by providing their own shipping or deducting the amount from their refund if we generate a label.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a 25% restocking fee if the above conditions are not met.
